| PRODUCTS Among the products provided by SC.SSAB TC MONTAJ SRL. in the construction works are included as follows: • resistance structures (pillars, beams, purlins), the euro-profiles and welded sheets, • mixed structures with precast reinforced concrete pillars and beams, metal roof; • sandwich panels with polyurethane foam insulation or mineral wool; • various bended plates types; • fittings for closing and sealing(gutters, aprons, ridges, corners, etc.) • High strength steel galvanized bolts. All these products are ALWAYS at your disposal, together with specific technical recommendations and technical assistance services in assembly, based on competence and experience in installation of metal structures for over 180,000 square meters and over 365,000 square insulated panels. DESIGN In the design office of their own, our engineers provide economical and professional solutions based on long experience and by using advanced computer software and manufacturing. TECHNICAL SC.SSAB TC MONTAJ SRL has a personnel structure with engineers and skilled workers to address and complete the major construction works. Management staff, technical and workers are coming from SC.VITIMAS SA. Tecuci having a large experience in metal building for over 30 years. |
PRODUCTION For the achieving of metal structures(over 300 tons/month), SC.SSAB TC MONTAJ SRL has an assembly plant and the following facilities: - Automatic CNC cutting board; - Manual plasma cutting machines and oxygen; - CNC drilling machine; - Lathes, mills; - Automatic welding; - Hydraulic presses; - Guillotines; - Grinding machines, grinders; - Sandblasting workshop; - Air and airless painting workshop. EXECUTION The execution of the metal work is provided with a structure of personnel(engineers, foremen and skilled workers), according with international standards on quality management, the company being certified by TUV SUD GRUP. Welding quality control is done by the technical coordinator in welding activity, certified by ISIM Timisoara. Finished products are supplied on the basis of contracts, both domestic and foreign and are accompanied by documentary evidence of quality and compliance of implementation with respect to the specifications and technical requirements. Metal works are based on projects developed by its own design studio and clients projects. |
